National Band Leadership Student Award

We are excited to announce a new award this year – the National Band Leadership Award – to offer directors a way to recognize those students who take a generous and selfless approach to serving their bands. Sometimes these students have an official title: drum major, lead trumpet, or band manager. In other cases, students step up by lending a hand to a younger player needing help on the marching field or assisting directors with essential tasks outside of rehearsal. These students set the standard for others and instill a culture of success.

Each year give the Student Award (5″ x 7″) to the winners. The award is made from solid walnut and will last a lifetime.

Order the matching walnut Wall Plaque (101⁄2″ x 13″) to hang in the band room as a permanent record of outstanding achievement each year.
